Fat loss bodyweight workout routines are my favorite way to increase my metabolism and really start burning fat. Most people are so concerned about heading to the gym or using fancy and expensive equipment that they don’t even pay attention to their biggest fat loss tool, their body. First, you’ll get greater fat loss because bodyweight workout routines force you to use all of your muscles and go through a full range of motions. Machines and dumbbells limit your range of motion so you end up not using as many muscles as you want. This is a bad thing since the more muscles used through the longer range of motion leads to higher metabolism and more fat burned.

Second, they are really easy to do anywhere. Think of someone who goes to a crowded gym then goes home. Their workout is done.
